  • Tournament is open to residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • Middle East will also be participating in this tournament, please head to the Rules to read more.
    • For teams who have players in other countries, a minimum requirement must be followed:
      • 1 main players from KSA and 2 within Middle East.
    • For more info, please read Rules tab.
  • Players will be contacted via email and/or discord about the tournamet code by game admins.
  • This tournament will be on PC, but controllers are allowed.

  • Gamers Hub Middle East Game Admins has the right to decide outside or even against the rulebook in special cases to guarantee fairplay.
  • All registering teams must complete the registration form.
  • Gamers Hub Middle East reserves the right to refuse any player registration if their registration is incomplete.
  • NOTICE: Prizes will reach the winners within 30-45 days after the end of the tournament.

  1. Player must be 16+ to play in this online tournament.
  2. This tournament is open to residents of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • Teams who have players outside of KSA must meet a certain requirement to participate in this tournament:
      • Participating countries include the Middle East:
        1. Algeria
        2. Bahrain
        3. Egypt
        4. Iran
        5. Iraq
        6. Jordan
        7. Kuwait
        8. Lebanon
        9. Libya
        10. Morocco
        11. Oman
        12. Palestine
        13. Saudi Arabia
        14. Syria
        15. Tunisia
        16. United Arab Emirates
        17. Yemen
      • Team composition: 1 from KSA, 2 from anywhere within Middle East (list above). Atleast 1 out of 2 substitute must be from KSA and the other within Middle East.
      • Prizes will be distributed to the KSA player of the team.
    • Any and all players are subject to provide photo ID proof. Players without valid ID proof will be disqualifed and will forfeit any prize winnings.
  3. Each player is assumed to be aware of all the rules and checks them periodically. Insufficient knowledge of the rules can not be used as an excuse for breaking the rules. At the same time, all participants of the tournament including tournament admins are encouraged to read and understand the rules of the tournament.
  4. Any player who breaks the rules are subject to disqualification from the tournament and/or future Gamers Hub Middle East tournaments and events.
  5. Gamers who participate are required to play with the Gamer ID they have registered with. Any Gamer ID changes can be changed, any other changes three (3) days prior to the tournament will not be considered.
    • Any Gamer ID that is not registered in the tournament will not be accepted or entertained (if any player(s) who wins but is not registered will not be allowed to receive the prize).
  6. Every participant is required to be online in the chat of the tournament they are participating in (Gamers Hub Middle East discord server)
  7. Every player is responsible for his own connection and has to have a good internet connection to avoid possible ‘lag’.
    • Any hardware or software issues from any players must be fixed before the start of the match. Any lag or connection issues will not be entertained by the tournament admins.
    • Complaining about losing a game incorrectly after a match can not be taken into account in the final outcome of a match. If there are reasons to suspect that your opponent is not playing by the rules or serious lag occurs for a long time, report this to the admin before your opponent has taken advantage of the problem (The beginning of the game).

2. Tournament Guidelines

  1. Each player must register in the tournament registration page.
    • Any players who plays in the tournament but is not registered will not be entertained.
  2. All participants must be ready 15 minutes before the start of the match. Tournament admins will not wait for anyone and will start according to schedule.
    • The game schedule and the times when the games have to be played will be published on Gamers Hub Middle East social media and on the tournament page.
  3. Show good sportsmanship (Gentleman’s Rules)
  4. Admins are above the rules and will have the last say in any issue that may occur.


    • The gathering game crew advise everyone to follow these rules, even though it is not imposed.
    • Disconnected players shall not be attacked 
    • No typing in all-chat, trash talking or unnecessary chat.
    • You must NOT be involved in any kind of intimidating behavior, either in or out of the game
    • Be a good winner and a good loser.
      • Enjoy the tournament.
  5. Lobby code will be given to the participating players via email.
    • Sharing or posting the code is strictly not allowed and can result the involved players getting disqualified from the tournament.

3. game

  1. All Matches
    1. Warm-up: No warm-up or practice games are permitted once the first game has begun. If a match is played before the scheduled time, it will not be considered a warm-up and will count as the official results.
    2. Delays: Players may not delay the start of a match beyond its scheduled start time, without the approval of a tournament official. Players may delay a match for up to five minutes. Players can request that a tournament official enforce this five minute time limit. After five minutes the tournament official has the right to deny the participant from playing.
    3. Lag: As the game is hosted on dedicated servers, replays will not be issued for lag.
    4. Anonymous mode: Players are requested to turn off this feature in the game for the duration of this tournament. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
  2. Others
    1. Please refrain from changing your EPIC ID in-game names to avoid any unncessary problems. 
    2. No Shows: Players will not receive a second chance after the match has started. 
    3. Cheating: Breaking any rule and any form of cheating, glitching, abusing in-game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in a forfeit of a game, match, or ban.
      • Teaming during the match is considered cheating.
        • Players found teaming, player(s):
          • will not receive the prize pool
          • prize will move to the next player
          • and will result to a ban to future Gamers Hub Middle East tournament
      • Disputes: In order to dispute game results, players/players must notify a tournament official.
    4. Support
      1. Listen for Instructions: If a tournament official is called into a custom game, players must keep the tournament official un-muted at all times.
      2. Abuse: Verbal and/or written abuse of a tournament official will not be tolerated through any medium – in-game, and social media platforms of the Tournament Organizer(s)
    5. Abuse and Exploitation
      1. Bug exploitation: Exploiting known or newly discovered bugs during the game will result in disqualification of the exploiting team.
      2. Definition of bugs:
        • Anything that will give one of the teams an unfair advantage
        • Anything that makes the game crash or stop
        • Any and all forms of cheating will result in the disqualification of the player from the tournament.
    6. Purposely Disconnecting
      • Any player that has disconnected from the game without reconnecting, with the intention to get a remake of the game, will get a loss by default.
    7. Others
      • Gamers Hub Middle East has the right to invite pro players or teams into the tournament. This may or may not be included in the listed participating countries for the tournament.
      • By registering for this tournament you agree to receive communication from Gamers Hub Middle East and its partners. You also agree to sharing you information with the tournament sponsors – Lenovo, Legion, Intel and their partners.
      • This event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by EA games.

General Rules

1. General

  • The official language of this section is English. 
  • Gamers Hub Middle Game Admins has the right to decide outside or even against the rulebook in special cases to guarantee fairplay.

2. Code of Conduct

Every participant has to behave with respect towards any and every GHME staff, partners, viewers and other players. Participants are requested to represent esports, and the tournament honorably. This applies to in-game behavior, chats, comments and other form of media communication. Players must also conduct themselves according to the following values:

  • Compassion: treat others as you would be treated.
  • Integrity: be honest, be committed, play fair.
  • Respect: show respect all other humans, including teammates, competitors, and event staff.
  • Courage: be courageous in competition and in standing up for what is right.

Participants must NOT engage in harassment or hate speech in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hate speech, offensive behavior, or verbal abuse related to sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, or religion.
  • Stalking or intimidation (physically or online).
  • Spamming, raiding, hijacking, or inciting disruption of streams or social media.
  • Posting or threatening to post other people’s personally identifying information (“doxing”).
  • Unwelcome sexual attention. This includes, unwelcome sexualized comments, jokes, and sexual advances.
  • Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.

Violation of this Code of Conduct will result in players and even teams to receive warnings. In the case of repeat or extreme violations, penalties may include disqualification, or banning from future Gamers Hub Middle East events.

2.1 Insults and offensive behaviour

All insults that happen during a Gamers Hub Middle East matches, may be punished. This includes in-game chat of the corresponding game, any and all of GHME’s social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and offline events. Multiple warnings and online user ban may be given out depending on the incident and frequency of the insult.

Penalties are no longer limited to warnings and barrages, but may also contain the following depending on the incident, location and frequency of the insult:

Severe incidents including, but not limited to the following points, may be punished in other ways:

    • Extremist statements
    • Threat of violence
    • Sexual harassment
    • Stalking
    • Severe insults
    • Pornographic linkings
2.2 Spamming

The excessive posting of futile, annoying or offensive contributions within Gamers Hub Middle East online and offline platform is considered as spamming. Spamming on the website, discord and other GHME known means of communication (social media comment sections, match comments, player comments, support pages, etc) will be penalized / given warnings, muted and banned.

3. Matches, competitions, meetings

  • Games will be facilitated by a GHME staff / game admin. Matches that are not played with a GHME admin will be considered fake matches and will result in disqualification.
  • Players are not allowed to bet on matches in this tournament, especially betting against themselves. This will result in the player and the team being banned from the tournament.
  • In case of any dispute regarding any issue, the final decision will be made by the admin. Game Admin has the power to refute any rule depending on the situation at hand.
  • Any and all forms of cheating are strictly forbidden. Any attempt to do so is direct disqualification with player / team ban.
    3.2 In-game behavior
    3.2.1 Sportsmanship 

    All participants are obligated to remain sportsmanlike. GHME Admins has the rights to disqualify a team that has been seen to be unsportsmanlike.

    3.2.2 Insults & harassments

    All participants are obligated to remain sportsmanlike. Any form of harassment will not be tolerated.

    3.3 Player/Team streaming

    Participants are allowed to stream provided that the stream has a 3 minute delay added to the settings.


    • A player name must be unique. Any use of profanity and unnecessary slander, Gamers Hub Middle East reserves the right to refuse the player’s registration.
    • All players are adviced to refrain from changing their in-game name to avoid any conflict after their matches.
4.2 Gamers hub middle east
    • All information including contact information will be shared with Gamers Hub Middle East and its partners.
    • All participants who registers agree to receive Gamers Hub Middle East communication and newsletter.
