Gamers Hub Middle Game Admins has the right to decide outside or even against the rulebook in special cases to guarantee fairplay.
All decisions rest with GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) and will be treated as final.
- All participants should be 16+
- All registrations will be done on www.gamershub.me
- Emulators are not allowed
- All Tournament information and schedule will be primarily sent via email.
- Whatsapp communication will be conducted provided that the mobile number given is valid.
1. Game Rules
1.1 Win Condition: The winning player will be determined by the last man standing in the lobby
1.2 Lobby Codes: The lobby code that players receive is for them and only them to use. Sharing or posting the code is not allowed and can result in the player getting banned.
1.3 A match can only be restarted with prior admin approval
1.5 Players can only participate in one lobby
1.6 Any use of third party software is prohibited during the qualifiers and tournament play. If players violate this rule, it will be treated as hacking and result in disqualification
1.7 Any use of items not obtained through PUBG approved in-game methods (excluding official rewards) or unannounced items is prohibited. If players violate this rule, it will be treated as hacking and result in disqualification.
1.8 Code of Conduct: Every participant has to behave with respect towards the representatives of GHME, press, viewers, partners and other players. The participants are requested to represent esports, GHME, and their Sponsors honourably. This applies to behaviour in-game and also in chats, messengers, comments and other media. We expect players to conduct themselves according to the following values
Compassion: treat others as you would be treated.
Integrity: be honest, be committed, play fair.
Respect: show respect to all other humans, including player mates, competitors, and tournament staff.
Courage: be courageous in competition and in standing up for what is right.
- Hate speech, offensive behaviour, or verbal abuse related to sex, gender, identity and expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, or religion.
- Stalking or intimidation.
- Spamming, raiding, hijacking, or inciting disruption of streams or social media.
- Posting or threatening to post other people’s personal identifying information (“doxing”).
- Unwelcome sexual attention. This includes, unwelcome sexualised comments, jokes, and sexual advances.
- Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviour.
Violation of this Code of Conduct will result in disqualification or banning from future GHME tournaments and events.
2. All Matches
2.1 Warm-up: No warm-up or practice games are permitted once the first game has begun. If a match is played before the scheduled time, it will not be considered a warm-up and will count as the official results.
2.2 Delays: Players are not allowed to request for Delays to the game admin unless he/she has requested 30 minutes before the start of the match. Delays will only be limited to 5 minutes.
2.3 Lag: As the game is hosted on dedicated servers, replays will not be issued for lag. All players are responsible for their connection or hardware problems.
2.4 Spectators: Only a dedicated GHME admin is allowed to be in the room
3.1 No Shows: All no shows must be verified by a tournament official.
3.2 Time Limit: Players must report the match results within 10 minutes of its completion. Failure to report the match results on time or to respond to any messages that you receive from a Competition official may result in you receiving a DNF (Did Not Finish).
3.3 Cheating: Any and all forms of cheating will result in the disqualification of the player. Breaking any rule and any form of cheating, glitching, abusing in-game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in a forfeit of a game, match, or ban from GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME). Cheating, glitching, and abusing in-game mechanics accusations must be verified by a Competition official.
3.4 Disputes: In order to dispute game results, players must notify a Tournament official.
4.1 Listen for Instructions: If a Tournament official is called into a custom game, players must keep the competition official un-muted at all times.
4.2 Abuse: Verbal and/or written abuse of a Competition official will not be tolerated through any medium. This includes, but is not limited to, voice communications in game, voice messages, live support chats, written messages on GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) , Twitter, Facebook, etc. Violators of this rule may be disqualified from the Competition.
4.3 Decisions Are Final: Tournament staff have the final decision in all matters related to this Competition.
4.4 Language: The official language of this national section is English. All players should be able to communicate in Arabic/English.
5.1 Account Recovering: competition participants are forbidden to allow others to play in this competition in place of them by sharing their game account. The offending the player forfeit the entire match. The offending players will be suspended from the site for up to thirty (30) days.
5.2 Evading a Ban: If a player is found evading a ban, the player will be disqualified from this competition. The offending player(s) will be suspended from GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) for up to ninety (90) days.
5.3 Lack of Cooperation: Failing to comply with Support Staff’s directions and/or requests may result in the forfeit of round(s), a map, or the entire match. Verbal or written abuse of a staff member will result in a suspension from GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) for up to twenty (20) days.
5.4 Warnings: competition officials may issue a Warning for infractions including, but not limited to, the use of profane words or phrases, discussion of controversial religious topics, threats/implied violence, lack of punctuality, and failure to follow competition staff instructions. Players may also be warned or incur a penalty for repeated warnings in regards to the same rule. Depending on the severity of the action or conduct by a player, multiple warnings may be handed out for a single infraction, up to and including bypassing warnings and resulting in an immediate penalty.
5.5 Penalties: After a maximum of three (3) warnings, post-warning penalties, including but not limited to the following, may be enforced: A Game Forfeit, a Match Forfeit, and a GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) site ban for a specified duration. Penalties may also be combined with other penalties.
5.6 Disqualification: Some infractions may result in warnings and penalties being bypassed with immediate disqualification from the remainder of the competition being enforced. Examples of behaviour or actions that could result in this are physical acts of violence, cheating, collusion/manipulating the bracket, drug/substance abuse on-site, any illegal activities, betting or gambling on a competition or match results, hate speech, and harassment.
5.7 Invalid Entries: Any entry made or attempted to be made to the competition in a manner which in our reasonable opinion is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature unfair to other participants will be invalid and may result in your disqualification from the competition. Examples of entries or behaviour which are not allowed include fraudulent entries, bulk entries, automated entries, entries made on behalf of another person, cheating (including a person participating in the competition on your behalf), hacking, deception (including tampering with the challenge settings which will result in immediate disqualification from the entire competition), use of robots or other automated programmes. We will not accept illegible or incomplete entries.
6.1 Rules: The rules may be updated and modified at any time, for any reason. Rulings may be made outside the scope of these Rules in order to preserve fair play and competition integrity. Participation in this competition constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules, the Official Rules on the Prize tab, and competition Official decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this competition. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
6.2 Eligibility: Residents of the Middle East region only. Employees of GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) , the competition’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons, are not eligible to participate and win. For the complete list of restrictions/limitations, please visit the prize tab. Any player found using a restricted player may be disqualified from the competition.
6.3 Privacy & Impersonation: Individuals are prohibited from sharing account information stored on GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) with another person for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: usernames, passwords, gamertags, email accounts, etc. Individuals may not use another player’s account in a game. Individuals may not allow another player to use their account in a game. Players who break this rule may be disqualified from the competition.
6.4 Third Party Communication: Third party communication is not allowed for this competition. (i.e. Skype, PlayerSpeak, Party Chat, etc.).
6.5 Prizing: Competition prizes are subject to change based on the total number of eligible players at the end of registration and the availability of the said prize within the winner’s country.
7.1 Contest is subject to these Rules: By participating, Contestants agree:
(i) to be bound by these complete Rules and the decisions of GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) which shall be final and binding; and
(ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Rules, except where prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, selected Contestant agrees to release GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) from any and all liability, loss or damage arising from or in connection with awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) shall not be liable for:
(i) telephone system, telephone, or computer hardware, software, or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors;
(ii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of entry or other materials;
(iii) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the Contest; or
(iv) any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Contest in its sole discretion or due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters. GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) may disqualify any contestant from participating in the contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines such entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices which intend to annoy, abuse, threaten, undermine, or harass any other players or GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) representatives. The internal laws of the United Arab Emirates will govern disputes regarding these Rules and/or this contest. GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorised intervention, or other causes beyond their control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from participation in the contest. Should such an attempt be made, GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) reserve the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution. GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) reserve the right to disqualify any contestant they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or violating these Rules.
GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) are not responsible for any problems, bugs, or malfunctions contestants may encounter.
IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ – GENERAL RELEASE AND LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Each Player knowingly consents to participate in any or all League or competition activities by GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME LLC) under his or her own free will and without duress or undue influence of any third party.
By entering and/or otherwise participating in the league or competition, each player, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her heirs, hereby releases, discharges and holds GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) and the other competition entities harmless from and against any and all actual and potential, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected claims, demands, causes of action, costs, losses, injuries, liabilities and damages of any kind or nature, including without limitation mental and/or physical injuries or death and damage to or loss of personal property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participating in the league or competition, attending or participating in any league or competition-related tournament or activity and/or the use or misuse of any prize.
Tournament Organizers are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Information or other materials, on, associated with or utilized as part of the competition Organizers Website(s), and competition Organizers assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the tournament Organizers Website or the League Website or the field of play in the Title Game. Although tournament Organizers attempt to ensure the integrity of the competition, tournament Organizers are not responsible for the actions of players in connection with the competition, including a Player’s attempt to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the League or Competition.
Tournament organizers reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate a Competition or any part thereof if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Competition is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures, malfunctions or other causes have destroyed, corrupted or undermined the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper play or feasibility of the League, a Competition or any portion thereof as contemplated herein. In the tournament Competition Organizers is prevented from continuing with the League or Competition by any tournament beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within tournament organizers’ or the Competition Organizers’ control (each a “Force Majeure” tournament or occurrence), tournament organizers shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the League or Competition. tournament organizers, in their sole discretion, may require the replaying of any Game or Match, or declare any Game or Match or other phase of the League or Competition null and void by reason of any of the foregoing. In the tournament , tournament organizers determine, in their sole discretion that any individual Game or Match or other phase of the League or Competition, has been tampered with or that the validity of any Game, Match or other phase of the League or Competition has been compromised for any reason, it may eliminate that Game, Match or other phase of the League or Competition, and may conduct the League or Competition on the basis of the remaining Game, Match and/or other phases of the League or Competition.
TRANSFER OF PLAYER INFORMATION
All rights to photos, videos and any other recordings taken of the Competition rests with GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST. Permission to post and distribute these photos/videos lie solely with GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST. This material will be used by GHME and it’s partners for its own promotions, communication or in any other manner at their own discretion. By agreeing to this, you waive all rights and accept the use of your photos/videos as GHME sees fit.
By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, you agree to subscribe to GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST & 3rd party companies’ newsletters and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from the same by clicking on the unsubscribe button in the emails.
Timings are to be strictly followed by all. Players are given a 10 minute grace period to show up or else they will be declared as a “no show” and disqualified (DQ’d) from the Competition. If a player lags during a match, they must pause the game and inform the game admin as soon as possible, if ignored for too long, admins will not be able to take remedial measures.
Publicity: GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) reserve the right to use the name, likeness, and/or In-Game account ID of any contestant, for publicity purposes prior to, during, or after the contest end date, in any media, throughout the world, in perpetuity, but only in connection with publicising the contest, without any compensation or prior review unless specifically prohibited by law. At any time before, during or after the contest period, GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) may, in their discretion, choose to post Contestants’ name and profile information online (including Facebook pages, Twitter feeds, YouTube channels, and third-party websites) for promotional and entertainment purposes only. Posting of this content will not mean that said Contestants are eligible to win or have been selected as winners. Contestants understand that users of these sites may share, comment on (including negatively), and repost such content. Any requests by Contestants to be removed from consideration will be accommodated to the extent practically possible.
Privacy: All collected information from GAMERS HUB MIDDLE EAST (GHME) & other 3rd party involved companies will be shared for promotional and social media purposes only. GHME reserves exclusive right to the coverage of GHME matches. This includes all forms of transmission. GHME can assign the coverage rights of a match or of several matches to a third party or to the actual players themselves. In this case, terms and conditions would have to be arranged with the GHME management before the match. Should the game take place on a server that GHME administrators have no direct access to, it must be made sure that enough slots are available for the according clients. We may require the winners to participate in publicity or advertising. By entering this competition, you agree that we may use your name and/or image for these purposes and that you will not be paid.
