    1. Eligibility
      1. Player(s) must be 13+ to participate in this Brawl Stars tournament.
      2. This tournament is set for the GCC Region.
      3. Players MUST be from the listed countries below.
    2. Participating countries for Brawl Stars online tournament:
      • KSA
      • UAE
      • Kuwait
      • Qatar
      • Bahrain
      • Oman
    3. Players may be requested to provide photo ID proof. Players without valid ID proof will be disqualified and will forfeit any prize winnings.
    4. Players with origin from the above countries, but lives in other parts of the world can participate. They will be required to go through proper ID and Nationality checks.
    5. If player found playing from countries outside the listed countries, and did not inform us beforehand, the whole team will be disqualified
    6. Each player is assumed to be aware of all the rules and checks them periodically. Insufficient knowledge of the rules can not be used as an excuse for breaking the rules. At the same time, all participants of the tournament including tournament admins are encouraged to read and understand the rules of the tournament.
    7. Any player who breaks the rules are subject to disqualification from the tournament and/or future Gamers Hub Middle East tournaments and events.
    1. Players are responsible for their own hardware, software and internet connection. There will be no rescheduling of matches or pausing because of technical issues.
    2. If any technical issues are to occur during a match, teams are given 2 pause option to fix connection issue.
    3. If a team cannot play due to technical issues during a match, said team will forfeit the match.
    1. Player Names
      • Players have to make sure they are logged into the same game account as per the player’s registration.
        • Game ID must match with player’s registration.
    2. Game Version
      • All players must update the game to the newest version in order to participate in this tournament. Updates must be installed before the tournament starts.
    3. Patch
      • All matches will be played on the patch available on the live servers at the time of a match.
    4. Devices
      • All players must play on a mobile device (smartphone or table). Emulators or any software that modifies the game to be played via PC or other unauthorized devices are banned. Players caught using such software will be disqualified.

    3. Match changes
      • Gamers Hub Middle East, at its sole discretion, change the start time of a match. GHME will notify all involved players via Discord.
    4. Rule Enforcement
      • The rules are a guideline and the decisions by admission may differ from them depending on the circumstances. The tournament admin may change these rules at any time without prior notice.
    1. Brawlers
      • Players are free to use any of the available Brawlers
    2. No Show
      • Games will start when all players are present and ready.
      • Each player has a 10 minute grace period to accept and enter the lobby (Match schedule + 10 minutes)
        • Showing up after the grace period will result in a default loss.
      • If a player shows up in time, but needs to leave to sort an issue, it does not count as a no show if he reconnects right after. 
        • Abuse of this exception will lead to a default loss of the match.
    3. Casting and streaming
      • GHME shall be performing a live broadcast. By competing in the Tournament all players agree to be recorded as part of the broadcast. In addition, GHME may choose to broadcast the matches to which all competing players give their consent by taking part in the tournament.
    4. Connections
      • Any hardware or connection issues must be resolved before the start of the match.
      • Players are responsible for their own technical issues, including hardware, software and/or internet issues. Matches will not be rescheduled because of technical issues.
    1. Competitive Integrity
      • Players are expected to behave at their best at all times. Unfair conduct may include, but is not limited to, hacking, exploiting, ringing and intentional disconnection. 
      • Players are expected to showcase good sportsmanship and fair play. The tournament administration maintains the sole judgment for violations of these rules.
    2. Compliance
      • Players must follow the instructions of the tournament administration at all times.
    3. Hate Speech
      • Players are prohibited from using any language that is obscene, abusive, hateful, insulting, threatening, racist, or otherwise offensive or objectionable.
    4. Betting
      • Betting during any Gamers Hub Middle East is strictly forbidden. Partaking on any sort of gambling will be disqualified from the tournament.
    5. Cheating
      • Any form of cheating will not be tolerated. When cheating is uncovered the team in question will immediately be removed from the tournament. Players may be requested to install anti cheat software on their devices for the duration of the tournament. Examples of cheating include, but are not limited to:
      • Match Fixing
        • Attempting to intentionally alter the results of a match by losing or otherwise trying to affect the results.
      • Account Sharing
        • Allowing individuals who are not the account’s owner to play on a player’s account during an official match.
      • Software or Hardware
        • Using any software or hardware to gain benefits that are otherwise not available in-game. Examples include, but are not limited to: any form of scripting, no-fog, coloured models, texture changes and sound changes.
    1. Gamers Hub Middle East has the right to invite pro players or teams into the tournament. This may or may not be included in the listed participating countries for the tournament.

General Rules

1. General

  • The official language of this section is English. 
  • Gamers Hub Middle Game Admins has the right to decide outside or even against the rulebook in special cases to guarantee fairplay.

2. Code of Conduct

Every participant has to behave with respect towards any and every GHME staff, partners, viewers and other players. Participants are requested to represent esports, and the tournament honorably. This applies to in-game behavior, chats, comments and other form of media communication. Players must also conduct themselves according to the following values:

  • Compassion: treat others as you would be treated.
  • Integrity: be honest, be committed, play fair.
  • Respect: show respect all other humans, including teammates, competitors, and event staff.
  • Courage: be courageous in competition and in standing up for what is right.

Participants must NOT engage in harassment or hate speech in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hate speech, offensive behavior, or verbal abuse related to sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, or religion.
  • Stalking or intimidation (physically or online).
  • Spamming, raiding, hijacking, or inciting disruption of streams or social media.
  • Posting or threatening to post other people’s personally identifying information (“doxing”).
  • Unwelcome sexual attention. This includes, unwelcome sexualized comments, jokes, and sexual advances.
  • Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.

Violation of this Code of Conduct will result in players and even teams to receive warnings. In the case of repeat or extreme violations, penalties may include disqualification, or banning from future Gamers Hub Middle East events.

2.1 Insults and offensive behaviour

All insults that happen during a Gamers Hub Middle East matches, may be punished. This includes in-game chat of the corresponding game, any and all of GHME’s social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and offline events. Multiple warnings and online user ban may be given out depending on the incident and frequency of the insult.

Penalties are no longer limited to warnings and barrages, but may also contain the following depending on the incident, location and frequency of the insult:

Severe incidents including, but not limited to the following points, may be punished in other ways:

  • Extremist statements
  • Threat of violence
  • Sexual harassment
  • Stalking
  • Severe insults
  • Pornographic linkings
2.2 Spamming

The excessive posting of futile, annoying or offensive contributions within Gamers Hub Middle East online and offline platform is considered as spamming. Spamming on the website, discord and other GHME known means of communication (social media comment sections, match comments, player comments, support pages, etc) will be penalized / given warnings, muted and banned.

3. Matches, competitions, meetings

  • Games will be facilitated by a GHME staff / game admin. Matches that are not played with a GHME admin will be considered fake matches and will result in disqualification.
  • Players are not allowed to bet on matches in this tournament, especially betting against themselves. This will result in the player and the team being banned from the tournament.
  • In case of any dispute regarding any issue, the final decision will be made by the admin. Game Admin has the power to refute any rule depending on the situation at hand.
  • Any and all forms of cheating are strictly forbidden. Any attempt to do so is direct disqualification with player / team ban.
  • In-game behavior
    • Sportsmanship 
      • All participants are obligated to remain sportsmanlike.
      • GHME Admins has the rights to disqualify a team that has been seen to be unsportsmanlike.
    • Insults & harassments
      • All participants are obligated to remain sportsmanlike. Any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
    • Player/Team streaming
      • Participants are allowed to stream provided that the stream has a 3 minute delay added to the settings.


  • A player name must be unique. Any use of profanity and unnecessary slander, Gamers Hub Middle East reserves the right to refuse the player’s registration.
  • All players are adviced to refrain from changing their in-game name to avoid any conflict after their matches.
